Who I really am

DevSecOps engineer with a history of increased efficiency, reliability, collaboration, and cost-reduction in large, secure environments. I solve problems, reduce complexity, document, and then train others on the solution.

What others say about my work

Adding real value in a new, undefined role by creating clarity, building coalitions, and shipping.

Leam automated and organized the integration of many of the scattered processes we utilized in our development environment into several scripts that integrated seamlessly into our workflow.

Under Leam's direction the group achieved greater productivity, reduced errors and produced innovative solutions that enhanced the departments' reputation with other units within Verizon.

If we simply need an issue resolved he does it in an efficient and professional manner, but if we want to know the "why" behind it, his explanations are clear, concise and easily understood.

In addition to his direct responsibilities, Leam was responsible for the training sessions with the staff, writing effective training modules for the global operation team, inspiring and motivating other employees. He was a joy to work with.
